Cecelia McCloy, President and CEO of Walnut Creek, CA-based Integrated Science Solutions, Inc. (ISSi), has been awarded the Public Policy Advocate of the Year Award for 2008 by the National Association of Women Business Owners, Silicon Valley Chapter.

Ms. McCloy was named for her work on supporting the vision and mission of NAWBO-SV; her commitment to foster the economic growth of women-owned businesses; her effective and innovative leadership; and her civic and community involvement. She is a board member of the National Women’s Business Council and a board member with Women Impacting Public Policy.

“This is an enormous honor,” stated McCloy. “There are many well qualified women business owners who have a passion for public advocacy. I am honored that NAWBO-SV has recognized my small contribution.”
